Bettye L. (Biggs) Norrick, 81, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011 at St. Mary's Medical Center.
Bettye worked as a secretary at Chandler United Methodist Church for 10 years and attended First Nazarene Church in Evansville, IN. She enjoyed shopping, her dog, and gospel music, especially the Gaither Vocal Band.
Bettye is survived by: Her daughter, Debbie Zile (Tom) of Hillsboro, OH, sister-in-law, Lana Biggs of Evansville, IN, grandchildren, Lindsay Inman (Tyler) and Tiffany Zile, and one great-grandson, Easton Inman.
Bettye was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Norrick, parents, Homer Roy and Mary Helen Biggs, brother, Dean Biggs, and grandson, Justin Zile.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 10, 2011 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave. with Rev. Tom Zile officiating. A private burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.
Friends may visit from noon until service time, Monday, January 10, 2011 at Browning Funeral Home.
