Throughout 2016, NCB committed $61,500 to local non-profits throughout the area it serves in southern Ohio.

In addition to NCB’s monetary contributions, they employ 147 employees throughout Highland, Clinton and Brown County. This is an increase of 31 jobs from 2012. “NCB’s operations continue to grow and expand,” stated Michelle Ward, Senior Vice President and Ohio Human Resources Manager. “We are one of the larger employers in the Tri-county area and provide a very robust benefits package for employees.”
NCB has been named one of the top 10 Best Employers in Ohio in 2015, and 2016, by the Ohio SHRM State Council and Best Companies Group.
