Voters turn down State Issue 2

Ohioans voted down two of the three state ballot issues in Tuesday's general election. 
According to The Associated Press, with 99 percent reporting in 9,434 of 9,522 precincts:
State Issue 1: Judicial Revision Constitutional Amendment, did not pass with 62 percent (1,986,404 votes) voting No, and 38 percent (1,217,665 votes) voting Yes. In Highland County, there were 6,608 No votes, and 4,190 Yes votes. 
State Issue 2: Collective Bargaining Reform (formerly known as Senate Bill 5) did not pass, with 66 percent (2,093,239 votes) voting No and 39 percent (1,321,494 votes) voting Yes. In Highland County, there were 6,306 No votes and 5,063 Yes votes.
State Issue 3: The Healthcare reform Constitutional Amendment passed, with 66 percent (2,165,736 votes) voting Yes, and 34 percent (1,133,777 votes) voting No. In Highland County, there were 8,154 Yes votes, and 2,996 No votes.
