SOESC Board donates in memory of Sam Barnhouse

On behalf of the employees and Governing Board of the Southern Ohio Educational Service Center, Treasure Rachel Meyer has presented a memorial donation to Hillsboro City Schools Superintendent Jim Smith and Board of Education President Terry Britton in memory of Sam Barnhouse.

Mr. Barnhouse served the Hillsboro school community for 35 years as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, guidance counselor, coach and school board member.
