State Route 220 in Pike County has been reopened to traffic, as well as S.R. 73 in Scioto and Adams counties. However, the following routes on the state highway system in the ODOT District 9 region are either closed or restricted due to flooding:

JACKSON COUNTY:
S.R. 139 is closed at Ralph Riegel Road.

LAWRENCE COUNTY:
S.R. 217 is restricted just east of Linnville and near its junction with S.R. 378.

S.R. 378 is restricted north of S.R. 243 at Getaway and near Drift Creek Road.

S.R. 243 is closed near McKinney Creek Road, east of Getaway.

S.R. 650 is closed at S.R. 522.

Motorists are advised that crossing any closed route is strictly prohibited and to use additional caution when crossing any route that remains open but where standing water or debris may be present.
