Rep. Rosenberger appointed to legislative committees
State Representative Cliff Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) has been appointed by Speaker William G. Batchelder (R-Medina) to serve on four House
committees during the 129th General Assembly. In addition to serving on the Transportation, Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee, he will serve
on the Public Utilities, Veteran’s Affairs, as well as the Economic and Small Business Development committees.
“When I learned that I would have the honor of serving on these specific committees, I was very pleased that they are policy areas of real interest
to me,” said Rep. Rosenberger. “I am eager to put my experience and background into practice as we work toward a brighter future for Ohio.”
Rosenberger is a United States Air Force veteran assigned to the 113th fighter wing of the Air National Guard. In 2005 he worked with leaders of
Clarksville to help establish a village planning commission and became the first village planner, tasked to plan for smart growth for Clarksville. He also led a movement to establish a Clinton County Veterans’ Memorial in Wilmington.
