OAR to Sponsor '7-Hour USPAP & A Critical Review of Your Appraisal Reports'

The Ohio Association of REALTORS® will sponsor "7-Hour USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and A Critical Review of Your Appraisal Reports," 8:30 a.m. ­ 4:30 p.m., Dec. 7 & 8 respectively, at the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, 200 E. Town St., Columbus. 
"7-Hour USPAP," will focus on identifying and discussing the latest changes and updates to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and is required of all appraisal licensees every two years. 
"A Critical Review of Your Appraisal Reports," will focus on improving your ability to effectively communicate the results of an appraisal report. 
Maggie Hambleton, SRA, certified USPAP instructor, Columbus, will instruct both courses. 
In addition, the courses have been approved for seven hours of real estate and/or appraisal continuing education credit respectively.
