New playground installed at Hills and Dales Training Center

Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Hills & Dales Training Center) recently celebrated with a ribbon cutting at the new playground installed. Superintendent Chuck Biggert (left) and preschool teacher Joyce Baker held the ribbon, while board president Linda Allen cut with ribbon with preschool student Andrew McCollum. The playground was funded by the combination of funds from donations, Ohio Department of Education, Highland County Endowment Fund, and the Highland County Board of DD.
