New Edward Jones office opens in Hillsboro

A third Edward Jones office in Hillsboro is officially open, as financial adviser Kyle King and representatives from the Highland County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday afternoon.
The new Edward Jones office is located at 131 East Beech Street.
Highland County Chamber of Commerce president Melissa Elmore, along with Chamber Red Coats Robyn Coomer, Sharon Hughes and Jodi Jackson, welcomed King to the community.

King has been working with financial adviser John C. Knechtly since 2014 to serve investors throughout the Highland County area.
"I have spent the past two years getting to know the people of this community, and I sense that Edward Jones will fill a need here for one-on-one investment advice and guidance," King said in a press release earlier this month. "I am eager to help the residents of Highland County work toward meeting their financial goals."
An open house followed the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
