NCB welcomes Crystal Waldron as Fayetteville branch manager, Bryan Smith as loan officer to the NCB Ohio team

Waldron will be responsible for managing the Fayetteville full-service branch’s profitability, operations and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.
As branch manager, her expertise will undoubtedly benefit the Fayetteville community meeting customer’s current loan and deposit needs in this dynamic economic environment.
Prior to joining NCB, Waldron was a branch manager at Huntington National Bank. Waldron’s branch was one of the top branches for the bank for various goals that were set for the branches.

Smith will be responsible for assisting customers with first and second mortgages, home equity lines of credit and helping homebuyers receive grant money based on availability and eligibility. He will also work with small business customers to assist them with customized banking solutions to maximize their time and money.
Smith will be located in NCB’s Wilmington Branch.
Prior to joining NCB, Smith was a personal banker for Fifth Third Bank, where he worked with customers to help manage their financial needs.
