NCB sponsors annual health fair

    The 2009 NCB-sponsored Health Fair was held Wednesday, Oct. 14 at the
Highland County Administration Building's basement meeting room. According to Michelle Ward of NCB, "This was our fourth annual Health Fair that is provided to all NCB employees free of charge. This is a great opportunity for employees to seek health and well-being tips, for not only themselves, but for their families."
    The Health Fair provides an array of services from retirement, flu shots, glucose and cholesterol screenings, medical massages, optometrist, dentist, life insurance, continued education services, weight management, stress management, community services to participate within, businesses and
services of our community, Ward said.
    "It is a great way to meet businesses and promote services within our
community. I greatly enjoy setting up this event and what it provides to the employees."
