Lynchburg Police Department holds June 18 open house

The Lynchburg Police Department will be hosting an open house on Saturday, June 18 from noon-2 p.m., LPD Sgt. Dustin Malone has announced.

This event will be held at the Lynchburg Fire Department, located at 8123 S.R. 135 Lynchburg.

"We have invited all of our sponsors who assisted us in establishing the Lynchburg Police Department K-9 unit," Malone said. "This event is being done to thank them and to allow them, along with the community, to meet the canine."[[In-content Ad]]
