A special meeting of the Lynchburg Village Council has been called for 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4 in the Village Building on Main Street in Lynchburg.
According to Lynchburg Mayor Jeremy Shaffer, on the agenda is the following item: Resolution 2010-31 SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL Application Process.
