Leesburg Area Historical Society to host Judy Mason Memorial Cookout

The Leesburg Area Historical Society will host its fifth annual Judy Mason Memorial Cookout Friday, June 13 (rain date Saturday, June 14) from 5-8 p.m. at the Leesburg Depot.
On the menu: freshly grilled hamburger or hot dog, baked beans, slaw, chips, cookie and beverage. Dine at our picnic tables or carry out.
Donations toward the depot restoration will once again be matched by the Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial Organization.
We have been raising funds for several years to modernize the grounds of the depot for events and bring its exterior back to its original appearance. The exterior renovation is now underway, and our fundraising efforts are focused on tackling the interior of the building.
