All Republican county officeholders, candidates and the Highland County Republican Party combined to donate $3,000 to the Highland County Junior Fair Board.
Those officeholders are Auditor Bill Fawley; Clerk of Courts Ike Hodson; Commissioners Jeff Duncan, Tom Horst and Shane Wilkin; commissioner candidate Terry Britton; Engineer Dean Otworth; Prosecutor Anneka Collins; Recorder Chad McConnaughey; Sheriff Donnie Barrera; Treasurer Vickie Warnock; and Karen Faust and Dick Donley, representing the Republican Party. Not present were State Representative Cliff Rosenberger, State Senator Bob Peterson, Judge Kevin Greer, Judge Bob Judkins and Coroner Jeff Beery.

Junior Fair Board President Lauren Grover, Junior Fair Coordinator Jana Holbrook and OSU Extension Highland County Director & 4-H Youth Development Educator Kathy Bruynis, along with members of the Junior Fair Board, accepted the donation.
“We are so proud of all the youth that participate in the Junior Fair, and we look forward to seeing their many accomplishments,” Britton said at the presentation.
