Highland County Sheriff Donnie Barrera advises that on Dec. 13, investigators from Clark County, Ross County, Highland County, and Clinton County sheriffs’ offices conducted narcotic search warrants at 15 Larkspur Drive and 18 Larkspur Drive in the Brookside Mobile Home Park in Clark County.

This was a cooperative effort between the Clark County Vice and Organized Crime Task Force, the U.S. 23 Pipeline Task Force and the Clinton County and Highland County Sheriffs’ Offices.

Investigators served the warrant and recovered approximately five kilos of methamphetamine, two kilos of cocaine, 25 pounds of marijuana and several different types of narcotic pills, all totaling a street value of approximately $400,000.

Additionally, $282,618 of cash and several personal assets believed to have been acquired from ill-gotten gains were recovered from inside the residences.

As a result of this several months-long investigation and the results of these search warrants, the occupants, William L. Ferrell, 50, Kaira K. Kintz, 33, Chelsea L. Lane, 32, and Jessica R. Duncan, 23 were taken into custody.

All suspects were booked in the Clark County Corrections Center and were scheduled for arraignment.
