First State Bank donates to HHS athletic program

The First State Bank team is pleased to announce the donation of $900 to the Hillsboro High School athletic program for the fall sports season.

The contribution toward the program was made at the Hillsboro football game on Friday, Sept. 23. The First State Bank team also helped in the ticketing booths during the game. The check was by the Hillsboro Banking Center team: Andrea White, manager, and Brandon Mitchell, office manager, to HHS Athletic Director Dave Dietrick.

“As a locally owned community bank, supporting our local schools is very important to us,” White said. “We were excited to make the contribution and wish all Hillsboro athletes and fans a great season.”
