Clinton County fatality under investigation

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle fatal crash
that occurred on state Route 350 in Clinton County Monday.

According to the OSHP, Walter Cohen II, 20, of Batavia was westbound in a 2008 Ford Focus and failed to negotiate a curve, traveling off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle struck several small trees and a fence.

Cohen was  pronounced dead at the scene by the Clinton County Coroner's Office.

There were no other passengers in the vehicle.[[In-content Ad]]
