Chad McConnaughey accepts oath of office as county recorder

Highland County Recorder Chad E. McConnaughey has been sworn in for his second term as recorder. His new term begins in January 2017.

McConnaughey was once again sworn in by Highland County Common Pleas Court Juvenile and Probate Division Judge Kevin Greer. McConnaughey was accompanied by his wife, Becky, holding their family Bible.

"I would like to thank Judge Greer for once again taking the time to perform my swearing in, and I would also like to thank all of those who gave me a complimentary vote," McConnaughey said.

"I look forward to serving the citizens of Highland County as your recorder, along with my wonderful staff."
