Boyer Territory wishes to express their sincere thanks for a successful first year in business to all of their clients, friends, as well as lenders, title companies, home inspectors, appraisers and other local real estate companies.

A special thanks also to Angie Matticks from The Highland County Press for her continued help and support.

The first of October marked the one-year anniversary of Boyer Territory. Their agents are thriving in the knowledge and the personal freedom that comes with a mobile type real estate firm.

When Kim Boyer started the business in October 2015, her goals were to help her family and others. By providing a mobile platform for agents, there is more freedom in their schedules and the opportunity for a great income.

"It’s a great feeling to do what you love while helping members of your community achieve the American dream," Boyer said. "While we are a small business, we strive to maintain a high level of excellence by achieving goals such as the President’s Sales Club in the Ohio Association of Realtors."

Boyer has achieved this goal for the last three years and looks forward to helping all of the agents at Boyer Territory achieve this goal in the future.

All of the agents – Kim, Kelsey Satterfield and Sarah Roe – at Boyer Territory are Realtors, which is a designation of a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of Realtors and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

"So you can rest assured you are dealing with a professional," Boyer said.

"Boyer Territory needs your help to make future years a success. We need full-time agents and we need listings," Boyer said.

"Thanks again for all your help, past, present and future."
