Bells on sale for 2011 Festival of the Bells

The 2011 Fenton Art Bell has arrived, and bells will be sold on Saturday, May 21 and 28 from 9 a.m. - noon. During these dates, bells will be sold only to collectors who purchased the 2010 bell.

Bells will be available at Classic Real Estate Company, 123 West Main Street, Hillsboro.

This year's bell features the former Hillsboro Bank Building at the corner of East Main and South High streets, highlighting the artwork of Stacia Burke.

Anyone wishing to purchase a bell after May 28, if any are available, are urged to call (937) 393-1622 and leave your name and contact information for later notification. You may also call this number if you have any questions.

The annual Festival of the Bells is held over the July 4 weekend in uptown Hillsboro. This year's event is from June 30-July 2.
