McClain falls to Chillicothe in soccer and volleyball

On Tuesday, Sept. 12, the McClain boys and girls soccer teams and the volleyball ball team traveled to Ross County to face the host Chillicothe Lady Cavaliers in Frontier Athletic Conference action.
For the boys soccer team, the Tigers lost by an 8-0 score to the host Cavaliers in FAC play, sending McClain to an overall record of 2-3-2, with a conference record of 0-2-1.
In girls soccer action, the Lady Tigers lost to Chillicothe by a 7-3 score. The loss moves MHS to 1-3-1 overall and 0-2-1 in the FAC.
On the volleyball court Tuesday night, the Lady Tigers lost in three consecutive sets to the Lady Cavs by scores of 25-9, 25-23 and 25-15. McClain now stands at 5-6 overall and 0-3 in the FAC.
