When will investigation of teacher conclude?

To the editor:
This is an open letter to the Hillsboro City Schools Board of Education, community, principals of Hillsboro High School and Hillsboro Middle School, and Ohio Department of Education.
We have a citizen who has an allegation against him as a teacher. This has been ongoing since Nov. 9, 2011.
He is under investigation by the Hillsboro Board of Education and a special investigator working for the school district.
In our opinion, this person and his family are being persecuted by this action. In our opinion, the school board and investigator should be looking into his innocence as well as his alleged guilt.
We have had another alleged incident involving a teacher, whom they are backing. Why not this person? This just happened, allegedly, a couple of weeks ago.
This person has been a viable part of our school district for the last 30-plus years. We think anything short of reinstatement is a travesty of justice.
