Premier Showmen 4-H Club holds food drive for local pantry

Premier Showmen 4-H Club

Members of the Premier Showmen 4-H Club recently came together to give back to their community by holding a food drive for the Because He Lived Food Pantry in Lynchburg.

Throughout the food drive, club members collected a variety of food and household items to help stock the pantry and provide assistance to local individuals and families in need. Members and their families generously contributed donations to help make the service project a success.

Community service is an important part of the 4-H program and the Premier Showmen 4-H Club. 

Projects like the food drive provide members with an opportunity to learn the importance of helping others while putting the 4-H pledge into action by pledging their “hands to larger service.”

The Premier Showmen 4-H Club would like to thank all of the members and families who contributed to the food drive and helped support the Because He Lived Food Pantry and the Lynchburg community.
