Catherine Carpenter Hottle, 94, of the Otterbein Retirement Community in Lebanon, formerly of Hillsboro, died Tuesday evening, Feb. 15, 2011 in Lebanon.

A Hillsboro physical therapist charged with 17 counts related to child pornography was arraigned Wednesday in Highland County Common Pleas Court.
