Chatfield College has received reaccreditation for a period of 10 years by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. This is the maximum possible time frame that accreditation can be extended.

Chatfield College has announced the appointment of Alan D. Simmons as the Academic Dean and Chief Academic Officer of Chatfield College for both the St. Martin and Findlay Market campuses.

Thomas Mayer, 79, of Hillsboro, died Saturday, August 3, 2011 at the Crestwood Care Center in Hillsboro.

The Petland store in Hillsboro is helping area families spay & neuter their pets.
