Week 1 for the Frontier Athletic Conference is in the books, and well, it was an exciting way to start the 2019 high school football season with the conference going 4-2 in the first week of a five-week non-conference schedule.

Sometimes a team relies on defensive play to stop a traditional high-powered offense, and during the 2019 season opener for the Hillsboro Indians, the defense's pressure in the early and latter stages of the game proved to be the difference in what became a 16-14 victory for the home team at Richards Memorial Field.
