Tricia Lynn named senior vice president at NB&T; Tiffany Mann promoted to assistant VP

The National Bank and Trust company is proud to announce the promotion of Tricia Lynn to senior vice president and the promotion of Tiffany Mann to assistant vice president, assistant controller.

• Lynn has been the vice president of Compliance-Audit. She began her career at National Bank and Trust in 2003 as the audit assist administrator.

In 2006, she was promoted to audit administrator and, in 2007, became the compliance and BSA officer.

“Tricia’s promotion to senior vice president is reflective of the regard and value that the board of directors has for her contributions and leadership to National Bank and Trust,” said John Limbert, president and CEO.

In the 140-year history of National Bank and Trust, Lynn is the first female to hold the position of senior vice president in the banking division of the company with Sally Barker, now retired, having been senior vice president in the Trust Division.

Lynn is responsible for ensuring the bank meets the state and federal laws and regulations established for the financial industry. This includes researching and interpreting new regulations and implementing policies and procedures for the bank. She is also responsible for the training of personnel, conducting regular audits of operations and acting as the liaison for regulatory agencies and examiners.

Lynn is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. She serves as a money mentor for Clinton County Habitat and is a member of the Wilmington Presbyterian Church.

She and her husband, Doug, reside in Wilmington. Tricia has two sons, Brian and Trevor.

• Tiffany Mann joined National Bank and Trust two years ago as assistant controller.

She is responsible for regulatory reporting, financial statement preparation, investment activity reporting and assisting in the management of investment portfolio and alternative funding for the Bank.

Prior to working at National Bank and Trust, Mann worked as an accountant at the University of Cincinnati.

She is a certified public accountant and Chartered Global Management accountant.

She holds a master of accountancy degree and bachelor of science in business from Wright State University.

She and her husband, Travis, reside in Wilmington with their children, Gavin and Ava.
