Theft under investigation in Highland; reward offered
The Highland Marshal’s Office is currently investigating the theft of an outside central air conditioning unit from the village community center. This incident occurred approximately two weeks ago. Since then, another theft from the park has been reported to the Highland Marshal’s Office. Sometime within the past week, someone has begun disassembling the metal bleachers located at the ball field and removing the seats. 
The Marshal’s Office is offering a reward to anyone that has information regarding these incidents. The information must lead to the apprehension and conviction of all individuals involved. Please contact Marshal Dustin Malone at (937) 780-3885 or  JDMalone@highlandmarshalsoffice.com.
