Ohio readies for The Big Chill

The coldest temperatures of the season are expected tonight and early Tuesday, as the wind chill will dip below zero.

The National Weather Service forecast calls for a low of 5 degrees Monday night with a west wind around 15 mph.

There is a slight chance of snow showers before 9 p.m.

Tuesday will be mostly clear with a high near 17 and wind chill values as low as -10 degrees, the NWS said.

Tuesday night's low will be around 6 above. The Tuesday night wind-chill factor will be as low as -2.

There is a slight chance of snow Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night.

The low Wednesday will be around 17.

Thursday – Partly sunny, with a high near 29.

Thursday Night – Snow likely. Cloudy, with a low around 24. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Friday – A chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a high near 28. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Saturday – Partly sunny, with a high near 23.

Saturday Night – Mostly cloudy, with a low around 12.
