Home security topic of Rocky Fork Lake Alliance meeting Sept. 11

The Rocky Fork Community Alliance announces a special presentation on home security at its monthly meeting Tuesday, Sept. 11.

The Rocky Fork Community Alliance welcomes Michael Land with ADT Security at its board and member meeting this coming Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Mr. Land will speak on the benefit of home security systems, their types, installation, costs, and how they can save you money.

In addition to personal security, Michael will address the benefits to neighbors and the entire community by homeowners and renters being protected with a professionally installed system.

For those interested there will be a special savings for both installation and monthly fees offered to attendees and alliance members.

• The meeting will be held at the Activity Center at the Rocky Fork North Shore Drive Boat Ramp. The Activity Center is up the hill from the boat ramp off of North Shore Drive. There will be plenty of parking.

• The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

• Additional guest speakers from the Highland County Sheriff’s Department have been invited to speak about local crime as well as programs and methods that the community can utilize to make the Rocky Fork Community a better place to live and work.

• Coffee and cookies are always provided.
