The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for Sept. 4-11.

Sept. 4

• Jason Hopping, 52, of Hillsboro was cited for code enforcement violation.

• Faith Moore, 19, of Loveland was cited for obeying traffic control devices. 

• Lucs Cosler, 28, of Hillsboro was cited for obeying traffic control devices. 

Sept. 5

• Dustin Francis, 38, of Hillsboro was cited for expired tags and driving while texting. 

• Richard Graham, 31, of Georgetown was arrested on an outstanding warrant. 

• Jeremiah Cruz, 18, of Hillsboro was arrested for two counts of contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a minor and criminal mischief.

Sept. 6

• Nikki Brady, 50, of Hillsboro was cited for no operator’s license. 

• Cameron Elkins, 23, of Hillsboro was cited for driving under suspension.

At approximately 4:57 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to the 400 block of Vine Street in reference to a report of a dog bite. After further investigation, Christina Schoonover, 48, of Hillsboro was cited for vicious dogs. 

Sept. 8 

• Chad Bieler, 25, of Hillsboro was cited for speed.

• Ryan Appleton, 37, of Chillicothe was cited for speed.

Sept. 9

At approximately 5:03 p.m., officers from the Hillsboro Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Cedar Woods Drive. One male and two female subjects were arrested after permission to search was given. Officers seized drug paraphernalia and illegal narcotics from the vehicle. The three suspects were transported to the Highland County Justice Center without incident. 

Ella Mcguin, 56, of Piketon was arrested for drug paraphernalia and failure to appear on a bench warrant.

Russell Dunn, 55, of Chillicothe was arrested for drug paraphernalia and cited for driving under suspension.

Sept. 10
 
Katlyn Bobbitt, 26, of Fayetteville was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

Jesse Tabor, 40, of Seaman was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

Marshall Seymour, 53, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

Dennis Doughman of Fayetteville was cited for driving under suspension.
 
On Sept. 10 at 2:20 p.m., an officer with the Hillsboro Police Department was dispatched to the 400 block of Trenton Street referencing a criminal damaging incident. Contact was made with the reporting person, and a report was taken at the scene.

Sept. 11

• Eric Taber, 43, of Greenfield was arrested on an outstanding warrant for possession of drugs.

• Julie Priko, 37 years was arrested on an outstanding warrant for menacing and telecommunications harassment.
