Hillsboro Police Report

On Jan. 1 at approximately 1:50 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department was contacted by Wal-Mart in Hillsboro reporting a shoplifter. Upon officer arrival, it was found Lee Padilla, 35, of Hillsboro had been detained. Padilla was charged with theft.

Arrests and Citations:

Michael Surface, 22, of Fayetteville, disorderly conduct.

Abran Weston, 26, of Cincinnati, disorderly conduct.

Quintell Burns, 26, of Crestview, Fla., disorderly conduct.
