On Nov. 30, Donna Williams of Hillsboro, driving a 2009 Toyota, was southbound on state Route 73 when a deer ran into the path of her vehicle, causing her to strike the deer and doing damage to the vehicle.

Samuel Davidson of Batavia, driving a 1999 Buick, was traveling eastbound on West Main Street and failed to stop for a 1997 Mercedes that was stopped at the traffic light and was driven by Michelle Howard of Hillsboro. Davidson was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Ronald McGraw, Jr. of Hillsboro, unnecessary noise.

Heather Tabor of Hillsboro, failure to file application for registration.

Joseph Trivett of Hillsboro, two bench warrants.
