On Monday, Nov. 12 at approximately 12:51 a.m., the Hillsboro Police Department received a call that someone was trying to break into Davis Motor Sales on North High St. The caller advised the subject was crouched behind the wall at the business as the officer arrived. James R. Ulery, 23, of Hillsboro was arrested for trespassing.

On Sunday, Nov. 11 at 4:23 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department received a call of a traffic crash on the 700 block of North West St. Christopher Totton, 19, of Hillsboro, driving a 1990 Dodge, was southbound on North West St. Totton was unable to stop before striking a 1986 Ford in front of him driven by Patrick Totton, 21, of Hillsboro. Patrick Totton's vehicle then struck the rear of a '99 Chrysler, which was stopped and waiting to turn left, driven by Carrie Workman of Tennessee. Christopher Totton and Patrick Totton were both cited for ACDA.
On Monday, Nov. 12 at 12:59 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department received a call of a traffic crash on North High St. at Fenner Ave. Thelma Wilson, 70, was driving a 1993 Honda that was stopped northbound on North High St. Wilson started forward and struck the rear of a 2012 Chevy which was stopped, driven by Carrie Wilson, 32, of Leesburg.

Ernie Haskell, 32, of Hillsboro, bench warrant.
Christy A. White, 23, of Hillsboro, bench warrant.
Stephanie Kintz, 29, of Dayton, failing to reinstate.
Terry Sellman, 59, of Hillsboro, reckless operation.
