Hillsboro man charged with OVI, leaving the scene of an accident

The Hillsboro Police Department arrested Joshua Campbell, 31, of Hillsboro Sunday, Jan. 20 after he allegedly left the scene of an accident at the Alley 21 parking lot.

According to the HPD, Campbell was driving a 2003 Chevrolet van and struck a parked Toyota Camry. Witnesses provided a license number and description of the van.

Campbell was later arrested and charged with OVI and leaving the scene of an accident.
