Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.
                                 
Nov. 18

Deputies responded to a business on N. Main St., Sinking Spring after a report of a suspected shoplifting incident. After speaking to the store clerk and the suspect, charges were declined. The suspect was trespassed from the business.

A resident of the 1000 block of Leonard Road reported telecommunications harassment. After investigation, a female was advised to have no further contact with the complainant. 

Nov. 19
  
A resident of the 700 block of Foraker St. reported a physical altercation. After investigation, neither party wished to pursue charges. All parties were advised to have no contact and stay of the others property.

Damon B. Gibson, 47, of Greenfield, contempt of court.
Brian T. Okran, 41, of Chillicothe, parole violation, illegal conveyance of drugs, possession of drugs.
Bradley W. Oates Jr. 42, of Hillsboro, failure to appear, burglary, assault.
