At 2:16 P.M., a resident in the 900 block of Jefferson Street reported a fight. This incident remains under investigation.

Offenses/Incidents
At 9:11 A.M., a caller reported a nuisance complaint in the 300 block of McClain Avenue. A 10-day notice was issued.
At 3:52 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-transfer reporting trespassing at a residence in the 200 block of South 7th Street. A female was warned for criminal trespass.
At 6:50 P.M., a caller reported a disturbance in the 900 block of Jefferson Street.
At 11:34 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office requested an officer to respond to a residence in the 12000 block of Cameron Drive for an active dispute. A female was later taken into custody by a deputy.

Offenses/Incidents
At 5:45 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jefferson Street. The driver, Israel Gutierrez, 34, of Hillsboro, was cited for operating motor vehicle without a valid license.
At 6:22 P.M., an officer conducted a warrant service at a residence in the 100 block of South 6th Street. Justin Brooks, 36, of Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant out of the Highland County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear.
At 9:03 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at the Shell Gas Station. The driver, Dylan Rodgers, 27, of Portsmouth, was cited for stop sign violation.

Justin Brooks, 36, of Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant out of the Highland County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear.

Offenses/Incidents
At 7:21 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised a 4-wheeler and 3-wheeler were being operated in the alleys near the 700 block of South 7th Street. Officers made contact with two males who were warned for off road vehicles.
At 4:22 P.M., a caller in the 900 block of South Street reported a neighbor complaint. Two females were warned for disorderly conduct.
At 4:47 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Dunlap Lane. The driver, Joann Jarrell, 52, of Greenfield, was cited for operating motor vehicle without a valid. License and expired registration.
At 6:21 P.M., a caller in the 700 block of McClain Avenue reported a property damage accident.
At 10:43 P.M., a caller at Dollar General reported an unconscious male inside of a vehicle. The male was treated at the scene by Paint Creek Fire/EMS. A search of the vehicle lead to the discovery of several items of drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics. Officers later conducted a follow-up at a residence in the 1100 block of Sycamore Circle. A consent search of the residence ensued, leading to the discovery of items of paraphernalia and suspected narcotics. The suspected narcotics will be sent for analysis, pending additional charges. After investigation, Preston Bowmen, 34, of Washington Court House, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Lindsey Hawkins, 26, of Greenfield, arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering children.

At 1:56 A.M., a caller near the 500 block of Pine Street reported a fight inside the blue shipping containers. After investigation, Brian J. Hamilton, 52, of Bainbridge, was arrested for criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 10:13 A.M., a resident in the 1100 block of Sycamore Circle reported criminal damage to their vehicle. This incident remains under investigation.
At 4:10 P.M., Greenfield Precision Plastics reported suspected narcotics located at the facility. An officer responded and collected the suspected narcotics.
At 7:42 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised a report of an overdose at a residence in the 400 block of Lafayette. After investigation, it was determined the male was severely intoxicated and was transported to the Adena Greenfield ER by Paint Creek Fire/EMS.

September 18th , 2026
Offenses/Incidents
At 12:05 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a structure fire in the 100 block of Mirabeau Street. Upon officers' arrival, a garage and pickup truck were fully engulfed in flames. All occupants of the residence made it out safely. Paint Creek Fire/EMS responded to the scene along with other mutual aid agencies.
At 12:33 A.M., a resident in the 800 block of South 4th Street reported a burglary and theft of items. This incident remains under investigation.
At 5:34 P.M., a resident in the 600 block of Jefferson Street reported a theft of items. Prosecution was declined, however, the male suspect was located and trespassed from the property. The items were returned to the owner.
At 8:04 P.M., caller reported a male at McClain High School football field talking inappropriately to juveniles. After investigation, Joseph Moore, 68, of Greenfield, was arrested for criminal trespass.

Offenses/Incidents
At 8:24 A.M., Greenfield Skilled Nursing reported a male refusing to leave the property after being given notification. Officers arrived and trespassed the male.
At 8:58 A.M., a resident in the 500 block of South Street reported a fight. After investigation, it was determined to be a verbal argument. A male was trespassed from the property.
At 12:34 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised a 911-hangup from a residence in the 500 block of Spring Street. After investigation, both parties were advised to separate.
At 1:32 P.M., Family Dollar reported theft of merchandise. Prosecution was declined; however, a male was trespassed from the property.
At 7:58 P.M., a caller reported threats/harassment from a known male. This incident remains under investigation.
