State Representative Doug Green (R- Mt. Orab) today was sworn in as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 131st General Assembly. He represents the 66th Ohio House District, which includes all of Brown County, as well as southeastern Clermont County.

“I will continue to work hard to represent the conservative fiscal and moral interests of the citizens of the 66th district, and providing a voice of reason, with integrity and respect, as we move Ohio forward,” said Representative Green. “It has truly been my honor to serve the citizens in my district.”

Prior to serving in the House, Representative Green served as the auditor of Brown County, where he has been an elected official for 28 years. Other jobs he has held include his work at Saul's Construction in Clermont County, the Ohio Department of Transportation, Trinity Industries in Mt. Orab, and the Brown County Habilitation Center.

Representative Green lives in Mt. Orab with his family.
