DeWine signs bills into law

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed the following bills into law: 

• House Bill 377, sponsored by State Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk), to revise the law governing the application of light-based medical devices for the purpose of hair removal.

• House Bill 393, sponsored by State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) and State Representative Darnell T. Brewer (D-Cleveland), to require that community-based correctional facilities and programs and halfway house organizations assist inmates in obtaining state identification cards prior to release.

• House Bill 462, sponsored by State Senator Tracy M. Richardson (R-Marysville), to authorize the procurement and emergency use of additional types of epinephrine delivery systems by schools, school districts, and camps.
