Adena welcomes urologist Dr. Matthew Christian

Adena Health System is pleased to welcome Dr. Matthew Christian to Adena Urology, a department of Adena Regional Medical Center (ARMC). Dr. Christian is certified by the American Board of Urology, and earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Adena, with a focus on general urology, kidney stones, robotic surgery, and male infertility. He will see patients at Adena Urology, located in ARMC’s Medical Office Building in Chillicothe, as well as Adena Greenfield Medical Center and Adena Family Medicine - Washington Court House.

Prior to joining Adena, Dr. Christian spent four years as a Navy physician, serving at the Naval Hospital located at Camp Pendleton; and the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center located in North Chicago. Dr. Christian earned his medical degree on a Navy scholarship as part of the Health Professions Scholarship Program.

He performed his Urology residency at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Christian and his family are living in Chillicothe.
