Girls Bowling Report: Highland County teams begin 2025-26 season in FAC and SHAC

GIRLS BOWLING 
Monday, Nov. 17, 2025 
Lady Lions top Ripley 

Gaining a win against a SHAC opponent, the Fairfield Lady Lions defeated the Ripley Lady Blue Jays at 1275-1197 at Highland Lanes. 

Fairfield saw Kenzi Ramsden lead with a score of 250 (130, 120), followed by teammates Zoey Carver at 203 (119, 84) and Lilly Hilterbran at 199 (100, 99). The Lady Lions also had Eloise Roehm score a 188 (97, 91), while the rest of the scoring was Ellie Humphrey at 101 and Layla Howard at 79. 

The regular-game total for FHS was 1020, and their Baker score was 255.

LCHS falls to Western Brown 

Playing in Georgetown, the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs lost in non-conference action to the Western Brown Lady Broncos at 2051-2050. 

In the one-pin loss, the Lady Mustangs were led by Kylee Chaney at 333 (149, 184), and next was Kylie O’Connor at 302 (153, 149). 

Lynchburg-Clay also had a 293 score from Maddie Brault (144, 149), and Jamison Miracle scored a 260 (138, 122). The rest of the LCHS scoring included Abby McGuire at 254. 

LC’s regular game score was 1442, and their Baker score was 608.

Hillsboro defeats FAC foe Chillicothe
 

In a Frontier Athletic Conference contest at Shawnee Lanes, the Hillsboro Lady Indians defeated the Chillicothe Lady Cavaliers, 2305-1681. 

Hillsboro totaled 1788 pins in regular games, with Rylie Ison having the top score at 419 (202, 217), and she was followed by Sidney Bayless at 397 (205, 192). Next was Cami Miller with a score of 385 (229, 156), and Madison Nichols finished with a score of 170. HHS also had sub scores of 270 (150, 120) and 147. 

In the Baker game, Hillsboro had a score of 517.

Lady Tigers fall to Jackson 

Playing in a close FAC match, the McClain Lady Tigers narrowly lost to the Jackson Ironladies at 1890-1872 in Wellston. 

McClain’s top scorer was Miya Cook at 332 (157, 175), and she was followed by a 292 score from Autumn Uhrig (138, 154). The Lady Tigers saw Kaitlyn Snavely have a final score of 256 (129, 127), and the remaining scores were Samantha Lancaster at 255 (137, 118) and Natalie Stroud at 202. MHS also had a sub score of 144. 

McClain’s regular-game total was 1481, and their Baker score was 391.

WHS defeats Ripley for SHAC win 

Playing at Town & Country Lanes, the Whiteoak Lady Wildcats defeated the Ripley Lady Blue Jays at 1625-1289. 

Whiteoak’s top scorer was Matalynn Conrad at 289 (146, 143), as she was followed by Olivia Michaels at 273 (147, 126). Whiteoak also had Trulie Lamb score a 258 (103, 155), while Madison Davidson scored a 230 (102, 128). Also scoring pins for the Lady Wildcats were Siarra Kipp at 103 and Ivy Garrison at 85. 

Whiteoak’s regular-game score was 1238, and their Baker score was 387.

LCHS avenges loss to WBHS with victory 

In a rematch against the Western Brown Lady Broncos in non-conference play, the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs defeated the Western Brown Lady Broncos 2001-1878 at Highland Lanes. 

Kylee Chaney led LCHS with a final score of 393 (177, 216). Lynchburg-Clay next two scorers were Kylie O’Connor at 316 (192, 124) and Abby McGuire at 305 (179, 126). 

LCHS also had scoring by Lizzie Shreve at 290 (157, 133) and Maddie Brault at 144. 

The Lady Mustangs’ regular-game score was 1448, and their Baker score was 393.

Lady Indians gain win over Clinton-Massie 

In a game played on Nov. 20, the Hillsboro Lady Indians won in non-conference play over the visiting Clinton-Massie Lady Falcons at 2500-1877 at Highland Lanes. 

For HHS, Rylee Moyer had the top score at 456 (201, 255), and next was Rylie Ison at 427 (201, 226). Cami Miller came in with a score of 406 (181, 225), while the remaining scoring was Sidney Bayless at 372 (159, 213) and Riley Clemons at 337 (171, 166). 

HHS had a regular-game score of 1998, and their Baker score was 502.

McClain defeats county foe Whiteoak 

Facing the Whiteoak Lady Wildcats at Highland Lanes, the McClain Lady Tigers gained a non-conference win by a score of 1951-1848. 

McClain’s leading scorer was Natalie Stroud at 346 (152, 194), and next in scoring was Miya Cook at 338 (156, 182). McClain also had Autumn Uhrig have a score of 299 (131, 168), and Samantha Lancaster scored a 277 (148, 129). MHS also saw Kaitlyn Snavely score a 125 and Baylee Hickok score a 113. 

McClain’s regular-game score was 1498, and their Baker score was 453.

LCHS tops Fayetteville in SHAC contest 

Playing at Highland Lanes, the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs defeated the Fayetteville Lady Rockets 1885-1614. 

Lynchburg-Clay saw Lizzie Shreve led with a score of 323 (159, 164), while next was Maddie Brault at 323 (152, 171). Kylee Chaney finished with a score of 319 (161, 158), and next was Kylie O’Connor at 280 (138, 142. LCHS also had scores from Abby McGuire at 117 and Jamison Miracle at 116. 

LC’s regular-game score was 1478, and their Baker score was 407.

Lady Indians earn FAC victory over Ironladies 

In an FAC contest on a Monday (Nov. 24), the Lady Indians started their week with a win over the visiting Jackson Ironladies in convincing fashion, winning by a score of 2557-1780. 

Hillsboro was led by Rylie Ison at 484 (225, 259) with the top score. Next was Rylee Moyer at 404 (201, 203), and she was followed by Cami Miller with a score of 376 (183, 193). HHS also had Sidney Bayless score a 375 (169, 206), and Madison Nichols finished at 351 (181, 170). 

The regular-game score for HHS was 1990, and their Baker score was 567.

MHS falls in FAC contest to Miami Trace 

Playing in Frontier Athletic Conference competition at Highland Lanes, the McClain Lady Tigers lost to the visiting Miami Trace Lady Panthers at 2016-1810. 

Scores for McClain saw Natalie Stroud lead with a 359 score at 165 and 194. McClain also had Miya Cook score a 303 at 113 and 190. 

Samantha Lancaster finished with a score of 282 (141, 141), and the remaining scoring was Autumn Uhrig at 243 (129, 114) and Kaitlyn Snavely at 206 (116, 90). 

McClain finished with a regular-game score of 1393 and a Baker score of 417.

Whiteoak tops Fairfield 

Facing SHAC and Highland County foe, the Fairfield Lady Lions, the Lady ’Cats won over the Lady Lions at 1931-1091 at Highland Lanes. 

WHS saw Trulie Lamb lead with a score of 326 (159, 167). The second top scorer was Matalynn Conrad at 321 (144, 177), and next was Olivia Michaels at 296 (139, 157). Whiteoak also had Madison Davidson score a 247, while Siarra Kipp finished with a score of 194 (108, 86), and Ivy Garrison scored a 77. 

Whiteoak had a regular-game score of 1461 and a Baker score of 470. 

For Fairfield, their leader was Eloise Roehm at 197 (104, 93), and next was Kenzi Ramsden at 190 (85, 105). Zoey Carver was next at 182 (106, 76). 

FHS also had the following scorers that included Layla Howard at 91, Lilly Hilterbran at 89, McKenna Self at 70 and Ellie Humphrey at 63. 

Fairfield finished with a regular-game score of 882 and a Baker score at 209.

Lady Tigers win over Washington 

Playing the Washington Lady Blue Lions on Monday, the McClain Lady Tigers earned an FAC win at Highland Lanes as they outscored the Lady Blue Lions, 2033-1841. 

MHS had a high score from Natalie Stroud at 410 (195, 215), and next was Miya Cook who finished with a score of 360 (203, 157). Samantha Lancaster totaled a score of 322 (175, 147), while the rest of the scoring was Autumn Uhrig (143), Kaitlyn Snavely (120), Baylee Hickok (111), and they had a sub score of 105. 

McClain had a regular-game score of 1571 and a Baker score of 462.
