Fairfield FFA members participate at the Highland County Fair

During the 2023 Highland County Fair, the Fairfield FFA had many accomplishments and participated in multiple ways.

Many members exhibited livestock, farm shop, crops and photography projects at the Fair this year.

The Fairfield FFA food booth was at the Fair and served several new products, including fish sandwiches, this year. Many of the members and their parents helped to run the booth as smoothly as possible. The Fairfield FFA Athletics Association also helped by taking on the task of frying the fish.

In the livestock barns, many members' hard work paid off. These members work all summer, and even longer depending on their project, to be able to exhibit their animals and projects at the fair. We are very proud of all the members that participated at the fair. The Fairfield FFA Livestock Judging Team placed seventh overall in the Senior Division.

The Fairfield FFA also had two of their members selected to serve as royalty, with Evelyn Roehm serving as Lamb and Wool Queen and Avery Teeters serving as the Beef Princess.
