Whiteoak journalism students attend Walsworth Yearbook Workshop

Whiteoak Jr./Sr. High journalism students Jennah Lomske, LeAnna Lomske, and Hope Hicks along with their adviser, Mrs. Juillerat, attended the Walsworth Yearbook Workshop "Includitude" on July 18-19 at Miami University in Oxford.

By the end of the workshop the students determined the theme, "One Road, Different Paths," met with a cover artist to design the cover, designed the end sheets and created a yearbook ladder. Students and parents may preorder their 2012-13 yearbook by logging on to www.brightlocalschools.com and clicking on the button, "Purchase your yearbook here."

Yearbooks are $40 in advance and $45 after Oct. 1. Yearbooks may also be ordered during the seventh-grade orientation on Tuesday, Aug. 7 from 6-7 p.m. at Whiteoak Jr./Sr. High Student Center.

The 2011-12 yearbooks will be distributed after fair break. Additional yearbooks are available for purchase for $40 each. Please call (937) 442-2241, ext. 1434, for more information.
