Southern Ohio ESC Governing Board holds 2026 organizational meeting

Southern Ohio Educational Service Center (SOESC) had its organizational meeting on Jan. 28 at the SOESC Wilmington office.
Ms. Linda Stepp was elected president of the board, succeeding Mr. Roger West. Mr. Todd Hixson was elected vice president for 2026.
Ms. Ruth Ann Ruth was appointed to serve as the board’s legislative liaison.
Meeting dates, times and locations for future 2026 SOESC board meetings are as follows:
Feb. 24, 6:30 p.m.
March 24, 6:30 p.m.
April 28, 7 p.m.
May 26, 7 p.m.
June 23, 7 p.m.
July 28, 7 p.m.
Aug. 25, 7 p.m.
Sept. 22, 7 p.m.
Oct. 27, 7 p.m.
Nov. 23, 6:30 p.m.
Dec. 15, 6 p.m.
Meetings in February, April, June, August, October and December are held at the SOESC office located
at 3321 Airborne Road, Wilmington. Meetings in March, May, July, September and November are held at the Hopewell Center, 6350 West New Market Road, Hillsboro.
