Laurel Oaks announces students of the month

Four Laurel Oaks students were honored at a luncheon this week as Students of the Month for April.  The students were chosen for their excellent work in classes, leadership, attendance, and the support they showed their programs, the Laurel Oaks campus, their home school, and their community. They are:  
Dylan Mickle of Washington Court House, a junior in the Construction Framing and Finishing program.  Mickle was nominated for consistent good grades, behavior, and work ethic, and for being willing to help fellow students and instructors.  
Wes Yeomans, a senior in the Construction Framing and Finishing program, from Lynchburg Clay.  He was honored for his desire to excel, his attitude, and grades. 
Sean Brooks, a junior from Wilmington in the Pre-Engineering program.  He was honored for achievement in improving grades and work. 
Maria Hahn, a senior from Goshen in the Equine Management program.  She was recognized for her hard work as the FFA Treasurer, member of the National Technical Honor Society, and JROTC.
