Fairfield kindergarten registration scheduled for Monday

Fairfield Elementary School will conduct kindergarten registration on Monday, March 26 from 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and on Tuesday, March 27 from noon - 7 p.m. No appointment necessary. Children are not required to attend. Prospective students must be 5 years old by Aug. 1, 2012.

Please bring the following documents to the elementary office to successfully register your child:
• Certified birth certificate (from health department);
• Child's Social Security card;
• Immunization record;
• Proof of residence (utility bill suggested);
• Court/custody documents (if applicable);
• Photo ID of parent.

Appointments will be scheduled for kindergarten screening.
