Winter weather leads to slick roads, school closings

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Highland and surrounding counties until 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2.

Two to four inches of new snow has fallen across the region, leading to numerous school closings. A Level 2 snow emergency has been issued for Adams County.

Snow is expected to end before noon Tuesday.
