"Volley for a Cure" at Lynchburg-Clay High School

     Pictured are members from both the Whiteoak Lady Wildcat and Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustang volleyball teams as they took part in the “Volley for a Cure” game at Lynchburg-Clay High School Monday night.

     The game rose just over $2,300. In ’08 the event raised $1,100.

     Lynchburg-Clay volleyball coach Erin Walters wanted to thank all sponsors, donors and everyone who helped with the event.

     All proceeds from the event will go to the Susan G. Komen, For a Cure Fund.
