The Whiteoak Lady Wildcats gained three big wins over a span of two days with WHS defeating the Peebles Lady Indians on Friday, followed by two wins on Saturday at Georgetown.
In those three games, WHS ace pitcher Kiley Sosby tallied 43 strikeouts.
On Friday, in the Southern Hills Athletic Conference win over at Peebles, the Lady 'Cats were led at the plate by Jayde Parr, who was 2-for-4 with a single, double and three RBIs, as the Lady 'Cats won by a 4-0 score.
Sosby was 2-for-3 with a home run, single and a walk.
WHS scored their runs with one in the top of the first, followed by a two-run third and a one-run fifth to finalize the scoring.
Sosby pitched all seven innings, allowing no runs on two hits and 18 strikeouts.
The Lady 'Cats totaled seven hits. Besides the four combined by Parr and Sosby, Jaycee Parr, Alexis Jones and Chelsea Chisman each had one hit.

[[In-content Ad]]On Saturday, the Lady 'Cats swept the a non-conference doubleheader by scores of 4-3 and 12-6 against Georgetown.
This game was won with three home runs by the Lady 'Cats with Sosby hitting two home runs in her first two-at bats, followed by a home run by freshman Alexis Jones, the first of her varsity career, in the third inning.
WHS led 1-0 after the top of the first with one of the two home runs by Sosby, and GHS tied the score at 1-1 after two complete.
In the third, the visiting Lady 'Cats scored two runs with the consecutive homers by Sosby and Jones to regain the lead at 3-1.
WHS added another run in the top of the sixth, and the Lady G-Men followed with two runs in the bottom of the seventh, as WHS was able to fend off GHS.
The Lady 'Cats finished with six hits. Besides the three home runs, Sosby added another hit to go 3-for-3 with three runs and two RBIs.
Also with hits were Jayde Parr and Kayla Smallwood.
Sosby was the winning pitcher, as she pitched seven innings, allowing three runs (one earned) on two hits and no walks. She finished with 15 strikeouts.
In game two of the doubleheader, WHS won by six runs, at the aforementioned 12-6 score.
WHS had two four-run innings, coming in the top of the third and sixth innings. They also had two two-run innings in the first and seventh innings.
Sosby was the winning pitcher for the second time on the day, again pitching a complete seven-inning game. In this game, she allowed six runs (two earned) on nine hits and one walk. She collected nine strikeouts.
WHS finished with 11 hits and five RBIs.
Jaycee Parr finished 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. Sosby went 2-for-3 with three runs and one RBI.
Jones, Morgan Thompson and Smallwood each scored one run.
